Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Full Terms – MM Bilverksted Referral & Rewards Program

§1. Organizer

The Referral Program is operated by MM Bilverksted, Hardangervegen 525, 5268 Haukeland ("the Organizer").

§2. Eligibility

1. Open to all registered users of MM Bilverksted.

2. Participation is free and voluntary.

3. Each user receives a unique referral link available in their account dashboard.

§3. Earning points

Points are awarded when a referred person:

• ✅ Registers via your referral link – 50 points

• ✅ Books an appointment – 150 points

• ✅ Completes the visit – 100 points

➡ You can earn up to 300 points per referral.

§4. Redeeming rewards

1. Points can be redeemed for rewards listed in the "My Points" section.

2. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.

3. MM Bilverksted reserves the right to update rewards and thresholds with prior notice on the website.

§5. Point validity

1. Points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

2. Unused points expire automatically.

§6. Abuse and limitations

1. Creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or gaming the system is prohibited.

2. MM Bilverksted may:

   • Revoke earned points

   • Deny rewards

   • Suspend user accounts for abuse

3. Organizer’s decisions are final in such cases.

§7. Program termination

1. MM Bilverksted reserves the right to terminate the program with 30 days' notice.

2. Notice will be posted in the user dashboard and/or sent by email.

§8. Privacy

1. All personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR and our privacy policy.

2. Your referral link does not disclose any personal information to recipients.

§9. Final provisions

1. Participation implies acceptance of these terms.

2. The current version is always available at www.mmbv.no

3. Norwegian law governs any disputes.
